Nemus\u00edme \u0161krtnout v\u0161echno maso, ryby si dovolit m\u016f\u017eeme. A k tomu v\u0161emu za\u010dn\u011bme u\u017e kl\u00ed\u010dit sem\u00ednka. Pro\u010d? Proto\u017ee mlad\u00e9 zelen\u00e9 v\u00fdhonky obsahuj\u00ed spoustu miner\u00e1l\u016f, vitam\u00edn\u016f a \u017eivin, kter\u00e9 na\u0161e t\u011blo zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b na ja\u0159e pot\u0159ebuje. Zjara se probouz\u00ed kv\u011btiny, zv\u00ed\u0159ata, pt\u00e1\u010dci, o\u017eij\u00ed v\u010delky a \u010dmel\u00e1ci, stejn\u011b tak je nastaveno i probouzen\u00ed lidsk\u00e9ho jedince. A probouzen\u00ed by m\u011blo b\u00fdt pozvoln\u00e9, tud\u00ed\u017e strava by se m\u011bla zjednodu\u0161it, odleh\u010dit, a v z\u00e1jmu zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed imunity zv\u00fd\u0161it p\u0159\u00edjem vitam\u00edn\u016f a miner\u00e1l\u016f. Proto si po\u0159i\u010fte biomisku na kl\u00ed\u010den\u00ed. Stejn\u011b tak zajd\u011bte do ov\u011b\u0159en\u00e9ho obch\u016fdku, nejl\u00e9pe bio kr\u00e1mku nebo obchodu se zdravou v\u00fd\u017eivou a nakupte si sem\u00ednka, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017eete kl\u00ed\u010dit. Nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jsou drobn\u00e9 zelen\u00e9 mungo fazole, kter\u00e9 i nakl\u00ed\u010den\u00e9 vypadaj\u00ed zaj\u00edmav\u011b a hezky. Jsou pot\u00e9 dvoubarevn\u00e9 b\u00edlo-zelen\u00e9 a na tal\u00ed\u0159i se jako ozdoba velmi vyj\u00edmaj\u00ed. Ozdobte d\u011btem j\u00eddlo zdrav\u00fdmi v\u00fdhonky vykl\u00ed\u010den\u00fdch sem\u00ednek. Nejen\u017ee jsou nabit\u00e1 vitam\u00edny, ale jsou \u0161\u0165avnat\u00e1, hezky vypadaj\u00ed a jsou hlavn\u011b zdrav\u00e1. Co v\u00edce pro zdrav\u00ed va\u0161ich d\u011bt\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete ud\u011blat za p\u00e1r pen\u011bz? Nemus\u00edte kupovat drah\u00e9, a nav\u00edc v\u011bt\u0161inou chemicky zpracovan\u00e9 vitam\u00edny. P\u0159ipravte si doma spolu s d\u011btmi vitam\u00ednovou bombu d\u00edky sm\u011bsi produkt\u016f jako m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \u0159e\u0159icha, slune\u010dnice https:\/\/www.kosmas.cz\/knihy\/237610\/tajemstvi-predku\/  hr\u00e1\u0161ek, cizrna, \u0159edkvi\u010dka, jetel i obiloviny.
